Can I modify or cancel my order?

Shipping & Delivery
How long does UK delivery take?
Standard UK delivery takes 3-5 business days. Express delivery (1-2 days) and Next Day options are also available.
Do you ship internationally?

How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. Use this to track your parcel on the carrier's website.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from delivery. Items must be unworn with tags attached. See our Returns page for full details.
Can I exchange for a different size?

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Allow an additional 5-10 days for bank processing.

Our grip socks come in UK sizes 3-8, designed to fit most women comfortably with a stretchy, snug fit.
Are your socks suitable for all activities?
Yes! Our grip socks are perfect for Pilates, yoga, barre, dance, and everyday wear around the home.
How do I care for my grip socks?
Machine wash at 30°C, inside out. Avoid fabric softener and tumble drying to preserve the grip dots.
What materials are used?
Our socks are made from a premium cotton blend with silicone grip dots for maximum traction and comfort.
